The Mega64 Podcast Episode 55 is up- In this episode, the crew meets at the office to have a roundtable discussion, and reminisce about their trip to the fair that day. With reviews of Metal Gear Solid 4, The Happening, Get Smart, and Wall-E, this podcast is arguably the most real, ever.

The Mega64 crew has returned from their breathtaking panel at Anime Expo with gifts for you!

First up is a video they premiered at Anime Expo, entitled “COSPLAYERZ: STRIKE A POZE.” The crew pays tribute to the fine American pasttime of cosplaying as they suit up and pose for their best shots, and meet plenty of friends along the way!

Then they filmed the Mega64 Podcast #56, where they reminisced of their wild weekend- But we’ll get to that in a second- We have some big news updates first!

Ladies and gentleman (or at least, the British ones)… MEGA64 IS COMING TO TV. The Sky channel has signed to air classic Mega64 half-hour episodes (Version 1 and 2) during their block of gaming programming. There might even be new episodes if enough of you guys watch it! We’ll have more details later, but man… those Brits are pretty gutsy, eh?

We’d also like to announce that this summer, we’ll be selling a CON 2008 EXCLUSIVE DVD at each of our upcoming convention appearances! It’s packed with tons of videos such as:

-Assassin’s Creed skit!
-Street Fighter II skit!
-The complete Marcus’ Corner series!
-The GDC videos!

This is NOT a joke. They will smell DELICIOUS. Your first chance to pick up the disc will be at Comic Con in San Diego, so be sure to stop by our booth #5364!

E3, the big video game press event, is next week- And Mega64 just might be involved in it somehow. In fact, it might actually be really, really cool. Stay tuned.

Forget your Halos and Resident whatever- The BIGGEST announcement of E3 this week is Mega64′s series of brand new videos for the E3 2008 show!

Mega64 is teaming up with IGN to bring you a brand new video every day of the show! These videos will be filmed each day during the show, and put up that very night! Sure, we’re losing a little more sleep with this kind of schedule, but “UNO RUSH” at the end of the tunnel will keep our souls going a little longer.

So the Mega64 gang has been slaving away at their videos for IGN’s E3 coverage, and the fruits of their labor are finally available to see! If you’re an IGN Insider subscriber, you can check out last night’s video release, “Todd & Aaron’s E3 2008 Highlights.”

Tonight they’ll be releasing their Day 2 video, “Nintendo Keynote 2009.” If Nintendo’s E3 offerings moved you like they did us, you will definitely enjoy this film.

Tomorrow? Who knows! Maybe it’ll be the best video of all! Maybe it’ll be the worst! Maybe some of us will actually get to go to sleep at some point oh my goddddd

Anyway, don’t forget there’s just over a week until the “Evening of Mega64″ screening event! Tickets are still available- order now before the link goes away!

And Comic Con is next week too, sheesh! We’re getting ready for that right now, preparing a brand new shipment of Version 2 DVDs, our new Con 2008 Exclusive DVD, and all our other merch (with a surprise or two). Our screening event is coming up on Thursday, too. Online ticket sales are now closed, but you will be able to buy tickets at our Comic Con booth on Wednesday night and Thursday, and if there’s some left, they’ll be onsale at the theater too.
