BATMAN RETURNS!! FOR ANOTHER SKIT, NOT THE MOVIE OR WHATEVER

It's the penultimate day of Batman Week here at Mega64- hopefully some of you guys know who his character is by this point. It might be hard to understand his motivations, but make it to the end and hopefully you'll see.
